Both women have extensive knowledge about hair health. After less than an hour in the chair I had learned more about how truly keep my hair healthy than I have in years of reading about curly hair care. Anna’s scientific knowledge on the physiology of hair was impressive.
After years of applying oils and pricey curly products to my hair with slow improvement followed by backslides, Anna taught me how to truly care for the health of my hair.
It has been a few days and my first wash at home has provided me with amazing results. My hair is holding curl and feels so soft without feeling weighed down. My curly hair has never been so soft while being so well defined.
Not to mention how fantastic the cut is. We looked at reference photos. She took her time examining them and asking what I liked or disliked about each.
The cut is exactly what I imagined, but have never been able to achieve. I’m in love with the cut and texture of my new hair. The salon was super comfortable and allows for an individualized experience.
I cannot recommend them enough.

If you want a personal experience that in fun and informative, just walking through the door at Wicked Hues will give you that. I’ve been going to Anna at Wicked Hues since summer 2020. My hair has transformed. It is healthier and has never looked so good. From my first appointment, she has taken her time to inform me on how to best care for my hair. She has also taught me how to recreate the looks I leave her with at home. I’ve never gone to someone willing to teach me how to do my hair. I highly recommend Wicked Hues.

I never like talking on the phone, so the idea of them having a digital front desk consultation was already AMAZING!
They emailed me back within the hour walking me through booking my first appointment online. They then emailed a cute informational packet detailing what to expect at my appointment.
Did *you* know we needed clean hair before a color appointment? Neither did I! But that's what this pamphlet said, and it makes so much more sense now!
The day of, I got a text linking me to a survey that not only sent a map to help me find their studio (I would have gotten lost without it!) They also let me customize the vibe for the appointment, and even had a hot apple pie chai drink ready for me as I walked up!
Catelyn walked me through what steps she was taking for my bayalage, walked me through what products she used, how to use them, and why those are the best choice for my hair, and my hair has never felt more amazingly healthy in my life! Even after bleaching!
They also send an email after you leave making sure you have everything you need, and reminders of what all was discussed and what they plan for your next appointment.
And AND they have a video tutorial library with things like how to braid your hair, how to get the perfect blowout, etc. As well as a handy app to keep everything in one place!
Other full service salons stop when you leave the salon. Not these two!

When I first saw Anna back in December of 2023 I was ready to start my curly hair journey. I had curly hair growing up but with coloring, too much heat damage, & using drugstore products my hair lost its shape. Anna over-exceeded my expectations of getting my curl pattern back. I went from wavy to curly after a deep treatment on my hair, along with the amazing Eufora products. With the right tips, tricks and products I walked out happier than I had ever been. 10 weeks later, here we are and I left feeling just as happy as before if not more. I can scream from the roof tops MAKE THE CHANGE. If you are debating if you have curly hair or not please trust the process and take the time. I went from not caring about my hair putting whatever in/on it to taking the time and loving my curls. Anna has a life long customer. My hair wouldn’t be what it is without her!
